Corporate Gear is committed to precise decoration and results for your custom branded apparel and gear order. While it’s rare, a defect in apparel, gear, or in the decoration result can occur. We will always refund your order if it is defective. We ask you to contact your account specialist with a screenshot and additional information about the defect. Corporate Gear will email you a return label once the order has been confirmed as defective.
Return Window and Label:
- Please send your proof of defect to your account specialist, first.
- Return your order within 30 days of the shipment delivery.
- For items deemed defective, we will email you a return label.

We know you’re as excited as we are for you to receive your premium custom order! Your delivery timing is an important part of your custom gear and apparel order experience.
But note that production time does not include time in transit:
- Production time: 3 to 5 weeks from confirmation of your proof.
- Delivery time: Between 3-7 business days from shipment.
Corporate Gear uses the following carriers for shipping and custom apparel and gear order returns:
FedEx Ground: We offer delivery to every address in the 48 contiguous U.S. states within 1 to 5 business days based on the distance to the destination (delivery to Alaska and Hawaii in 3 to 7 business days).
UPS Ground: We offer delivery to every address in the 48 contiguous U.S. states within 1 to 5 business days based on the distance to the destination (delivery to Alaska and Hawaii in 3 to 7 business days).
USPS: We offer delivery to every address in the 48 contiguous U.S. states within 1 to 5 business days based on the distance to the destination (delivery to Alaska and Hawaii in 3 to 7 business days).
